The detail
The whole point of a dash run is that it looks like a seam. Ours is cut to a model template so it lands level with the vents rather than cutting across them.
Diffused, so you see a line rather than individual diodes, even at full brightness.
Pairs with the door runs to give you one continuous line around the cabin.
